I'd like to say goodbye 170s- but i'm not sure what's going on here- I've been taking a strong probiotic & a yeast cleanse and all of a sudden, it's like i have a stomach flu- I don't know if this is the effect of killing yeast and i should celebrate, or if I just am ill. so I'm cautious. But it is nice to see the low number!

I really don't know much about killing yeast, but I hope you feel better soon. Your weight lose since starting the cleanse is amazing. You should celebrate that :)

yes, unless i have the flu or something- who knows- i do feel smaller though- those yeast took up a lot of room!
