Just got back from 2 weeks of visiting with the in-laws in Vietnam. Ate a lot, drank a lot, didn't hit the gym a single time as all the gyms in Da Nang were closed for Tet holiday. Weight stayed the same, I gained fat and lost muscle.
Now I go back to my healthy habits and start hitting the gym every day. I'm switching my metabolism to ketogenesis again, so straight high fat, high protein and virtually no carbohydrates for the next 12 days. I should hit the keto crash around Tuesday. Hopefully I don't have to miss a day of work, because I took 12 days vacation pay.
