Not sure what happened but life goes on. I did add exercise so it may be that. One step at a time.
252.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been good with my food and haven't cheated. I just added that dreaded exercise thing. Bumps happen and it could be water weight from adding that dreaded exercise. It will come off in the end. :)

:) Thanks! I'm playing on a website called http://modelmydiet.com it's pretty cool. You can see about how you look now vs how you'll look when you lose the weight. I was looking at motivational sayings and somehow found it. It's free so I figured I would try.

My cheese balls are done for tomorrow. They started one year since we were going to a Christmas party while I was on Atkins. I made one to make sure there was something there I could eat. It's turned into a regular thing by forceful request so this time I made 1 big ball and 2 little balls for people to take home (the requesters) . I made the meatballs yesterday and while out picking up trays from the dollar store I found 5 net carb spaghetti sauce. It's by Hunt's. Much better than using my expensive stuff since it's not bogo right now. I am not logging food tomorrow BUT I will be sticking to low carb foods and maybe a glass or 2 of wine. My day will not be over 35 carbs.

Everyday is a new, just keep moving forward. Or as my daughter and I say.....just keep swimming lol (yes we are DORY fans)

Tiz definitely that exercising actual slows down weight loss weird uh when I started cycling 1 week I maintained same weight before I started loosing again.
