After eliminating soda, fast food, candy and deserts from my diet since January 1st I have been feeling pretty deprived, but I think that I felt an all-time low when my wife and I shared a yogurt for "desert" last night. HOWEVER, when I stepped onto the scale this morning, I saw that I have lost six pounds in three weeks and am four pounds from my goal. I guess results are what make deprivation worth it.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
