A good week for exercise, but I substituted a few treats for healthy food here and there. I can't complain though. I may have to adjust how I calc exercise points though - or food points.. I don't want to under eat.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
