Finally some real lb movement but reality is that now I have matched my weight from September. I guess that is a good thing? Really believe that ACV has made the difference in my metabolism. Approaching what is called the Karmatic Crisis ... the age of 66 ... hold onto your hats. Do you like my hat? Said the cat in the hat. Feeling a little giddy and wordy today. Have a great week end. UH OH Super Bowl foods.!!!

317.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb. Still to go: 77.2 lb. Diet followed 100%.
