I feel so good now that I'm eating well! I have been stocking my fridge with foods from the p90 workout diet, but not exactly making the same meals. regardless, all my food choices are good! There's no cheat food in my house. in fact there's an entire Little Caesars pizza in my fridge that I'm not touching and haven't since last night.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
