I am not complaining: 1 pound over last week (thanksgiving) and believe me when I say I got it down from a higher number, therefore, I'm glad = thanks to the support of our group here. NEXT WEEK GOAL: 1 POUND....................
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
