i'm all about subway, salads, boneless, skinless chicken breast, wraps, and talapia this week. aaannnddd getting my water in. i hope this week works MUCH better for me. ugh, it better. i maintained this week. :( better than gaining though...
186.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.0 lb a week
