I did better this weekend than last weekend. It's getting easier to control my food-cravings and substitute fruits and vegetables for other snack food.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It oes get easier thank goodness, and just as good is not feeling the guilt from making bad choices. Good job. Just dont take carrots to the movies...people dont seem to like it much lol
