50 pounds

How did I ever let myself get so overweight?

That is Sooo much. How did I cart that around?

That I am still so huge is the sad part. I honestly thought I would look better than I do after losing so much weight.

I have 5 shows to do in the next 4 days, so I will be hopping.

Busy time of year. No gym for my for a few days. Hope I don't get too flabby.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know what you mean, I'm carrying around about 30 extra pounds and I've been saying for over a year (gosh, probably 2+) now that I need to lose the weight. All we can do is keep at it - sounds like you will with your shows!

you have to remember how far you have came..im sure its showing in the clothes you wear, and your appearence...even the days that your not workin out, since you have changed your eating habits, you now know what a healthy choice is, and what isnt..you wont get flabby, cause once the shows are over, you will be back in the habit of catching back up on the gym again....your doing greatttt!!!!!!!you can do this...

WOW - your success is amazing - nice, steady weight loss - and 50 lbs. is a major accomplishment! - I think we are always more critical of our own bodies - I am sure you look marvelous! I think our starting weights were similar and your success inspires me to continue on my journey. Again - CONGRATS on this MAJOR accomplishment! Pat yourself on the back!
