I've been fluctuating back and forth over that 200 mark. I hope that this will be the last border crossing! I'm motivated to be super strict this week with more IF to see if I can get the momentum back. Bullet proof tea for breakfast.

Great...I have the same problem...I get to a new weight and it becomes a SET...I pray that you have broken through...and looking forward to seeing new numbers on a regular basis.
