I'm tickled to have dropped another pound....I'm a little behind schedule - three weeks were gone by this past Thursday, and I have just finally dropped the 3rd pound. Ah well - a pound every 7 or 8 days is OK by me. Slow but steady is good.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
