Funny how eating close to 90% fat calories sheds my weight off. I'm almost 5 pounds away from my life weight goal and I may have to be seriously thinking how to maintain the weight! I suppose though that this is a rather common feeling amongst us in the fat secret community. Anyway it feels really, really good to finally be in the groove regarding weight control, and I am very excited to have my blood work drawn this week and see how my labs are. That Will be my source of hidden information regarding my health which of course is the true goal
220.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
