I am so excited to see the weight coming off. I feel like I am starting to figure out how to have a balance of cabrs/fats/protein in my diet. That took a minute.This program has really helped me see where my carbs are going. That hasn't been totally easy it is surprising all the places carbs lurk around!In less than 2 weeks I'm down more than 5 pounds!!! WOWOZA!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
