Returning to TSFL program. This is the third week. Some cheating on the diet in the evening. However, steady weight loss after the first week where there was a drop of 4 lbs.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
