Had a good week (last week) Need to cut down on some of the "junk" especially when I'm at work. stay focused nettie. Tuesdays are always great: Lifting followed by hip-hop
186.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
