It's been a hard week. With thanksgiving, left overs and a party on Sautrday. I'm just glad to be back to last week's weight. I'm going to a meeting tonight where I know there will be only pizza. I guess I'll have to have one piece. I hope I'll stick to only one. I'll not have time to eat before the meeting and I don't want to pull out my own food at the meeting.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think a healthy snack, celery, carrots, a hard boiled egg later in your day will help you with control. Drink a big glass of water before and with eat bite take 2 drinks of water and chew slowly. You can do it! :)

Don't be tempted by the pizza!! I have a company dinner w/ my boyfriend's boss and co-workers on the 8th at an Italian restaurant; so I'll be eating before hand so I don't totally blow my diet. You can do it!

yeah you could always take healthy snacks with you and eat on the way so when its time for pizza, you wouldnt hve room for

Whatever you do, do it in victory and not defeat :) You are an amazing human being and a pizza is a round little piece of dough covered in pasted tomatoes and processed cheese. If you eat it, eat it in victory! and if you don't, be able to look it square in it's little pepperoni eyes and say I don't need you!

If I am faced with pizza (it will happen) I decided ahead that I will eat a good snack ahead of time and then only eat the toppings of the pizza and leave the crust alone. We are going to an Itallian restaurant next week. I went online and found their menu (Carrabbas Italian). I found lots of Italian salads with olive oil and vinigar, and some seafood dishes (just leave off the pasta noodles).but I decided I am going to order the sirloin steak with italian seasonings cooked in a red wine.

I say eat the pizza! Just watch what you eat in the day, exercise beforehand and it wont be the end of the world. Enjoy it and dont eat the crusts (unless its a pizza with cheese in the crusts) because the crusts arent worth eating anyway. Just stop at two slices :)
