Only down a half pound this week. But better than a gain. New week begins and here's to bigger and better losses. Today DH and I heading to the city to see an orthopedic surgeon about hubby's knees. He has put this off about as long as he can stand. We will eat out so I will have to been careful about choices. It's so much easier when cooking for yourself.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 106.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
