Well peeps here we are at another weigh-in. No change from last week. I can't really complain or say it was unexpected since over the prior 2 weigh-ins I went from 268 to 251. So I'll just be happy I stayed at 251. I've been a rock on my low carb diet this past week so maybe my body is just adjusting or filling in whatever loss I might have had with water this week. I'll just keep my eye on the prize and continue on this week. Hope everyone is doing well with their own weigh-ins this week.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
