I feel like it's working just to check all I eat and all I do in a day! :)
189.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hehe noo!!! I have been to 217 lbs this summer, I had a separation with the boyfriend I had, I had to move and a bit of stress so I lost a few pounds right there(7-8 lbs), and then, when I was in my new apartment, I just started to be a little bit more healthy, and I went down to 202, then I've finish 2 cycles of FL4I and went down to 189, but didn't do any other cycle since like 2 months! I am this morning at 188.4 :D Sooo happy! I am starting my cycle as this, and it feels great! :) During the 2 months I did no cycles, I didn't gain a lot so I ended up always losing to go back to the 190 I had, I even saw a 186, but it didn't last very long haha I ate a big cake, it was my birthday! :P
