up a lb, but its my own fault. I am my own worst enemy. Works stress, constipation and laziness. That is what Im blaming this week. Ive been working such long hours that by the time I get out, I dont want to do sh!t or my head hurts or I want a quick fix. I know exactly where I dropped the ball this week. BUT, it is what it is. Im never going to get under 200 if I dont start doing the work. I could have been there a two weeks ago.I can only keep trying till I get it right, so here I go again (i start my "diet" week on Thursdays bc that's when I weight at the dr). This time, Im trying to prepare even more. Making fat bombs. Got whip cream, jello, fart bars and yes I know I hate them too but its better than a cookie. Gonna cut those suckers into bite size pieces and put in snack baggies. Got more bacon and eggs. And Metamucil bc the fiber supplement Im taking isn't working..Talked to dr too about that and she suggest a glass of hot water with lemon so gonna try that too..Wish me luck.. again. Sons college graduation is in a few months and thats what Im working towards.. size 12..... i can dream cant i ?
203.0 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in your boat...tooooooo muuuch streeeeess!!!! It isn't because we don't know how....or don't want to...Life at times is just too hard! Hang in there...I see you in a darling size 12 dress at your son's graduation!!!! Hugs!!!

do you take a probiotic? I have IBS-C and I have an issue if I dont take my Probiotic every night

PGM-- that is an excellent point! ..What probiotic do you take? Ive been looking but have no clue where to start. My dr said take the refrigerated kind but is there a low carb option? Right now Im taking a store brand of acidophilus. Any advice? recommendations ? I would love everyone's input.
