The past week had been very exhusting. I am however grateful that my husband has decided to join me in living a more healthier lifestyle. He has not brought any fast foods or junk food into the house. Yea, for clean eating!!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
