ok so i gained some weight, that could be because I didnt drink as much water as i normally do AND Saturday I had a splurge day. Eh o well it happens.
199.1 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I am having a really hard time getting over this plateau i have hit! I have only lost MAYBE 2 lbs in a month. O well I KNOW I WILL get PAST this!!
