Doing really bad! need to get out of this slump!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are a lot of diets out there. Of course we have to find the one that works for us, right? I recently watched a documentary called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". There is nothing to buy. No calories to count. No pills to take. There is a ton of support on the website. I have lost 18 lbs since November and I am not hungry or suffering. I feel the best I've felt in at least 7 years. You can rent the video from the library. I think you'll be pleased. Best of luck to you.
