Breakfast: PB, toast, milk
Lunch: salad greens, tuna, feta cheese, balsamic dressing
Snack: apple, cheese cubes
Dinner: 3 egg omelette with feta, tomatoes, spinach and salsa. Salad greens and balsamic dressing. Milk

Exercise: - 500 calories on elliptical :)
208.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
