Still feel pretty punk - at least the fever seems to have gone, but the combination of the Tamiflu and liquid Hydrocodone...I'm not sure which is worse, the flu, or the nausea/runs from the meds lol -

I'm trying to stay decent on my eating, but just nothing sounds good - apples, my protein shakes...thinking about trying some eggs, just not too excited about that either. Hopefully this won't last too much longer :(
178.4 lb Lost so far: 81.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better soon. Don't eat if you don't feel like it. Broth or broth-based soup is a good choice.

Ohhh... I feel so bad for you! 💊Hoping you get back to normal really soon. Hey, when I feel like that - its peaches (in their own juice) that sound good and that I can hold down. Maybe?😷
