Attended gym yesterday for the first time in 1 month....and boy was it tough but felt good. Think I am holding lots of water right now, and thus the slight increase. Will be making a concerted effort to gym at least 3 or more days per week for 40minutes.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
