I am really happy with the results of this diet. This is going to be a tough week. I will concentrate on watching my carbs. I really don't expect to loose any weight this week, but I will get back on track next week. There's no rush.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow...you're down to 114!!! I'm still stuck at 116. the scale refuses to budge! I'm burning over 600 on average every day and watching my points (I'm on weight watchers) and everything is perfect...until I step on the scale!! I'm soooooo proud of you! Keep up the great work Gug!!! Are you going to do much cooking for Turkey day?
