Well, that is discouraging. Sooo... went out to dinner on Sat night with Phil to Tacoma we went to el Goucho, fancy place that the kids got us a gift card to. Did pretty good really, stayed within my calorie intake. Didn't work out for 2 days. Snowed, and no one showed up for work so I worked all day. 10:00 to 8:00. And Sat went shopping and then out to dinner. Going to have a good week this week see how it goes. :-)
188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
