The past week was torture.

I did not think I would see a difference in the scale this morning. I went from not eating to over-eating. It was horrible. It was hard. I balanced out 3 days ago and started eating like a normal person again. That's when the scale started moving. I really hope this isn't a fluke weigh-in! I'm only 1.2 pounds from my second mini-goal.. and telling 300 goodbye forever.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
