So yesterday was a BUSY day BUT that also means LOTS of calories burned!!!! I deep cleaned the kitchen, cleaned the windows, did 6 loads of laundry. (Which meant up and down the stairs 24 times!) Carried out a bunch of boxes to the garage and started cleaning the basement so we can start finishing it out. Gave both my dogs baths made dinner for me and the hubby (chicken on the george forman) Then I hit the gym for 45 minutes on the eliptical! This morning I packed my bags so on the way home from work I will hit the gym again. Sometimes I hate getting up and going but after I go to the gym I feel so much better about myself and I sleep better too!!!
234.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
