I'm so excited to have lost approximately 3.5 lbs this week! This was from just eating a little better and and little less. Imagine how well I'd do if I actually made it to the gym!
I'm working on motivating myself to actually go to the gym by participating in 3 different challenges (with a potential 4th). 1- Biggest Loser at work 2- Fat Secret challenge to go to the gym 3 times per week 3- Competition with my husband to see who can lose the highest percentage in 12 weeks
I'm considering taking the Gold's Gym 12 week challenge as well. I have to decide soon because it starts next week. I did this before and had good results. We'll see....
