Good Weigh in - 247 even. And I have more clothes than usual on, really didn't think about it.

Its been a rough few days the past few days. I have a lot of stresses about money and family going on. Trying to take the high road, but also teetering on an emotional breakdown. Me and the wife have been going toe to toe, but she is trying to support me as best she can. Today I just feel better, and had a good nights sleep. Amazing what that will do for you. I turned the AC down low, and slept very well. So here is to today, hopefully I can stay positive!

Tomorrow I go back to work! I am so excited! I have basically been living the life of a recluse the past few days or weeks! You know I am not a social butterfly or highly active, but when you feel "stuck" home, it drives you crazy! I have related when I do get out and about I feel like I escaped prison! My wife has encouraged me to walk around our neighborhood, and I probably will today. My foot is doing better these days, and I am getting too accustomed to my boot/cast thing. At least at night I can lay down I treat it like any other appendage now, so that makes sleeping easier. I even "snuggle" my feet together with it using my other foot, weird! I have had some pain since an incident the other night where I almost fell and put weight on it, but it is subsiding.

Have not been logging food as well as I should. I can generally log yesterdays food ok, I dont go far off my path, but any longer than 24 hours it gets sketchy. I also notice, I seem to log bad foods quicker, and if I am eating the "right stuff" I am more lazy about logging them. Anyway, perhaps I need to set a goal to log my foods more diligently. Perhaps I am spending too much time in front of TV/PS3 and not enough on computer! lol.

Zach went to his 1st day at regular school yesterday in two years. He was previously homeschooled. Sounds like he loved it! And he is on a bus full of girls to and from school! Sounds like a good situation for a 14 year old boy to be in. I am glad that is working out. Even though its causing me some financial stresses right now, it will pay off in spades with reduced stresses for me and Zach on the long term. Wow, homeschooling is tough, especially with teenagers!

Anyway today I am thankful for my wife, who is away at Zumba making her butt smaller! XD. I am thankful for my kids who have helped me greatly the past few weeks, and the past few days too. I am thankful for my friends and support system here at fatsecret and online.

sounds really positive, JP! by loggin in the food i'm the total opposite of yours...i have no problem to log in the good and right food just when i have them - but i have problems to log in the "bad" food....but they way you do it is kinda better.... wish you very luck for your oncoming work day tomorrow! it's always a good thing to get back in routine :)
