I've been doing the Anabolic diet the last couple days. Today is day 4 of the initial very low carb phase and I haven't been getting enough calories the last few days. I also stopped drinking.
I hit the wall, woke up with a headache and foggy brain. Couldn't think. Couldn't maintain concentration until I ate around 1:00pm.

I ate bad and didn't work out much the month of December. My left shoulder is bothering me, which limits the exercise I can do. Working legs twice a week and cardio 4 times a week just doesn't let the leg muscles rest enough.
With the holidays I drank a lot and ate too much carbs and not enough protein.
I've lost the definition in my torso and have a spare tire, but my arms and shoulders look good.
I'm sure most of the weight I lost was muscle.
I'm using duexis. It's 800mg ibuprofen + 26.6 mg famotidine. It helps with the shoulder pain. Warming up the shoulder joint for 5 minutes before resistance training really helps too.
I'm going to the gym now. I'll work legs, core and some cardio.
