And, the waiting game begins. I miss the days when I was so naive I thought I could lose 5 pounds a week. *sigh*
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yeap in the early days of releasing the weight...when you didnt have to stick with anything an the weight just fell off...

True, Rguarino, and the bigger a person is the faster the weight will drop, and surely lots of it is water weight.

I remember those days! I've been dieting so long and my memory is so sharp I can even reach back to memories of when I actually could lose 5 pounds in a week. *sigh* right back at ya, Northernmusician
