Took pills. Have less inflammation today. Felt dizzy, first time. Maybe is that I slept 5 hours. Need to figure out how am I'm going to incorporate more physical activity in my day.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
