I have decided to stay under 700 calories starting today and get up and run in the morning before work to lose those 30pds b4 my 30th birthday!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That may be a very bad idea. You shouldn't go under 1200 cal. And if your expending calories you need a bit more. You will put yourself into starvation mode and you will lose muscle not fat. Be patient and healthy. Good luck
