So, week 19 & 20 were Christmas and New Year weeks. I did gain during each week, but by the end of the next week would drop what was gained. I'm happy to at least maintain during the holiday. This is week 21, the end of round 7. After this it will. E time to get serious again and get back to eating better and back to exercising, which I really haven't done in a while. As Autumn Calabrese says "It's time to get serious". 👍🏻
