don't know how the weight jumped back up to 119. I guess 1 lb a week is a good goal. Weighed in at 119 after pizza, etc, so think this is the real # to log.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
