Good weigh in today. Yesterday was my lazy day, I was in a weird state, so I did not login. Was not on computers much yesterday.

The prior day (Fri) the whole house was hungover and not feeling right, so my best laid plans about healthy food and eating did not work out at all for me. I had McDonalds lunch and Pizza Dinner. I was glad I only ate a sandwich and a few fries for lunch. Dinner on the other hand was 4 slices of pizza, at 250 cal each. It was a bad day. To top it off sometime during the night on a bathroom visit I almost fell, and put my bad foot down to catch myself and it hurt real bad. Felt like my stitches opened. Still hurts more now than it did previously. I looked at my wounds dressing and there is no blood so it must be ok.

Then yesterday I was in a funk all day. Foul mood, and I tried as hard as I could to keep out of the way of everyone. It did not go very well. We did eventually get chicken and veggies made. Yesterday I ate "more better".

Zach started school today. I could tell he was nervous a bit, but he would not admit it. He will be fine, he is very social and knows a few kids there. I hope his day goes OK. He is a smart funny kid, so I am confident he will be fine.

Today I am grateful for my health, and my family. I am grateful for my support systems. I am grateful for my Kitty Pearl, who keeps darting for the door like the grass is greener outside. My best friend lately has been my PS3, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, and Saints Row 3, so I am grateful for technology.
