An hour on the elliptical. Bbq with friends and stayed on track with food. Worked last night on the boat so this mornings weigh in is on different scale so I will compare tomorrow - guess this one is lighter. :)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 175.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
