I gained two pounds during Christmas week...Wooo Hoooo!

Yes, believe it or not, I am happy about gaining two pounds! LOL.

I actually was afraid to weigh myself and see a five pound or more gain since I didn't move much and I ate everything in sight!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are ready to get back on track!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

LOL!!! I too, thought my weight gain would be more. My wife pointed out that although I ate some of everything, I didn't overload my plate. I know that I will have some work to do come the first of the year and the holidays aren't over yet...

Yeah, looking at the scale was scary. FYI, that's not a picture of my feet. I have a digital scale! Lol. I didn't overload my plate either. I just got seconds and thirds and....Whoa!
