BBB.org. You can research any charity and they give you a breakdown of what percentage goes to administrative, fundraising, and how much is actually going to the purpose of the charity. One of my favorites is World Vision. You can help one child, or buy a goat or cow for a whole village. Here's their stats: Programs: 85% Fundraising: 10% Administrative: 5%. You can get a breakdown on any charity before handing out your hard earned dollars. :-)

Thanks for the advice YPMO! I sometimes give to charities for political reasons, and one backfired on me. I am just about to get into it now. This could get ugly, because this was a big mistake of multiple contributions. Funny, HCB, I'm glad you recognized it from the Queen's pics. Hope the holidays have been good for both of you.
