Bought some new shape up shoes yesterday and going to try them out. I am down 6 lbs and feeking great. I have lost 6 lbs total and I can already see and feel the difference! Feeling great and looking better everyday! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
