Fledgist's Journal, 14 January 2012

Down again by half a pound. This is another big drop on the way to my goal. I'm now just about five and a quarter pounds away from my target. My BMI is 24.3. I'm almost there. It is just amazing to me that I am at the top of the mountain and the summit is in sight.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 167.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
