Happy Friday to the community! Well, I am amazed, that a second run day took the soreness away, and now I need too follow up soon. Two workout days, that were painful, but I feel SO much better. I like skipping the upper body work, but will eventually need to do that too. I have a big Christmas food shopping day today. Have a Merry Holiday, and enjoy the Royal doggies!

255.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I love dogs, but don't have one anymore. We used to raise bulldogs. They are so sweet and I love their wrinkles and pushed in faces. But they are very difficult to breed and raise the pups. High maintenance to keep, but so worth it!

Dang, why do I spend SO much of my life waiting in hot parking lots for my wife to shop. I'm SO naive. "Stop here, it will only be 15 minutes, and an hour later, here I sit with my Rams game on. She naturally refuses to answer her phone.
