2174 kcal Fat: 58.14g | Prot: 67.82g | Carb: 412.22g.   Breakfast: almond milk, cocoa puffs. Lunch: quinoa, barley, Spicy Collards and Black-eyed Pea Soup, calamata olives, nutritional yeast. Dinner: High Protein Simple Mashed Potatoes, mustard greens, great value chickpeas, garlic, onion, sweet baby ray's honey barbeque, olive oil. Snacks/Other: cocoa puffs, kraft creamy italian, ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips, pear, almond milk, tomato, grapefruit, simply salted popcorn. more...
