2174 kcal Fat: 58.14g | Prot: 67.82g | Carb: 412.22g.   Breakfast: almond milk, cocoa puffs. Lunch: calamata olives, quinoa, nutritional yeast, Spicy Collards and Black-eyed Pea Soup, barley. Dinner: sweet baby ray's honey barbeque, olive oil, great value chickpeas, onion, High Protein Simple Mashed Potatoes, garlic, mustard greens. Snacks/Other: tomato, pear, cocoa puffs, almond milk, simply salted popcorn, ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips, kraft creamy italian, grapefruit. more...
