One day of hot yoga and I drop into a more reasonable weight. I just need more time to go, it's 80 minutes of pure bliss!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol, you have to be something else. I have never met anyone that considered hot yoga "pure bliss." You definitely have a stellar attitude.
