trade show this week made it tough. I ate a lot of beef. steak in particular. I guess if your gonna eat beef, eat steak. also had a lot of coffee, beer, and desserts.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
